PLEASE BE ADVISED, that the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Mamaroneck is scheduled for THURSDAY JULY 8, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the Courtroom in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Ave., entrance located on Prospect Avenue, in the Village of Mamaroneck.

1. Approval of Minutes
2. 1160 W. BOSTON POST ROAD (C-1 District)- Request for extension of site plan approval.
3. 441 MAMARONECK AVE. (C-2 District)- Jumana Hamdan -Change of use; tanning salon to food service restaurant.
4. 600 WEST BOSTON POST ROAD (C-1 District)- SOUNDVIEW SERVICE CENTER –Roof extension. Site plan review.

PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION
5. NOLLES RIDGE, 800 FENIMORE RD. (R-6 District)-Subdivision/Wetland Permit, 6 building lots and one conservation lot.
